2007-01-23 [crowfeather]: well as far as the whole drug thing, how often do you do them anyways? if it's just sparatic, you might try directing your energy into a different direction such as poetry or story writing. In many cases you have to identify with what is causing you to want to do it, comes in term with it then find a way to direct your thoughts towards something positive.

2007-01-23 [crowfeather]: not me.. senior year of high school I weighed nearly 200 lbs then once I got to college I started dropping a lot of weight mainly out of stress... then after a really messy break up I was in depression for a month a couple of years back.. ended up dropping from 160 to 142 in a month just because I wouldn't eat and all I drank was caffine.. now I'm happily between 167 and 180 so I know that if I worked out I would be able to trim down a bit more
